Biography

John J. Mahoney was born in 1918 in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. He was a carpenter, welder, bartender and bar owner. John owned and operated a tap room in Clifton Heights, called the Clifton Inn, for 30 years. He had 2 children, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren... He was a lifetime member of St. Charles Borromeo Church. He passed away in 2009 at the age of 91 at his home in Drexel Hill. He is buried at Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery with his wife and son. ^{[1] [2]}
