Sarah Main was born Aug 19, 1745 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut. She was the second child of Thomas Main and Mary Pendleton. [1][2][3] Note that per a penned-in entry in the text Genealogical record of Nathaniel Babcock, Simeon Main, Issac Miner, Ezekiel Main, the name 'Foster' may have been her married surname.
