Biography

Margaret was born in 1826 to Samuel Major and Mary Smith. She passed away in 1850.

His (John Major's) son Samuel married Mary Smith. Their family were: William, Edward, Frank, Samuel, Wesley, Margaret and Abigail. William married Emma White, by whom he had the following family: William, Henry (Lot 27, Con. 5), Emma, Mary Maud (Mrs. Rev. I. N. Robinson), Lydia Gertrude (Mrs. Adam Whitson) and Lily (Mrs. E. A. Thornton). [1]
