In 1861 Thomas (age 6) was living in Preston with his parents, 2 siblings and his grandfather. His father was a cotton overlooker. [2]
Thomas married Ellen Worden. Their marriage was registered in 1877 in Preston.[3]
In 1881 he was living with his wife and 2 sons in Ashton, Preston. He was a plasterer. [4]
