Biography

Proctor was born in 1902. He is the son of Edward Malcolm and Susanna Proctor. He was an electrician when he married Blanche Muriel Langley in Stellarton, Nova Scotia in 1931. [The marriage certificate shows him as a resident of Port Malcolm and she as a resident of Point Tupper, so it is not clear why they were married in Stellarton.] He was employed as a lineman and living in Amherst Nova Scotia in 1937 when he died of complications following knee surgery. He is buried in Lower River Inhabitants.
