John Malcom is the name on the "Scotland Births and Baptisms, 1564-1950". I am using the name on the baptism record on Wikitree. Variants include the following from the baptisms of his children: Malcolm, Malcom, Malcome, and Malcomb. John Malcom was born 4 April 1675 and Christened the same day in Peterculter, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

He married Mary Johnson about 1706 in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. John and Mary had twelve children and I have identified each of them via documentation as listed in sources.
