Cecil Bertram Malcolm was born 10 September 1879 in Gawler West, South Australia. He was the son of William Malcolm and Alice Roberts. [1]
Cecil was a member of the 5th South Australian Imperial Bushmen which left for South Africa in February 1901 to fight in the Boer War. He returned to South Australia, a Sergeant, in April 1902. [2] [3]
He died in 1909 and was buried in Kalgoorlie Cemetery, Western Australia. [4]
