Highly unlikely). It gives her parents as Jacques Melard and Catherine Destrich, the purported father's name isn't even the same, and the mother's name doesn't appear French at all. It is known that the site this comes from had some major merges done within it which made a hash out of its data. There is absolutely no evidence for it.
