This tree Netherlands, GenealogieOnline Trees Index, 1000-2015, https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/25093451:9289?ssrc=pt&tid=82443675&pid=40536133202. .appears to be part of the source for it, but the person referred to in this purportedly died in 1729 in Saules, Saone-et-Loire, Bourgogne, France (aged 102?, hundreds of miles from Guyenne? Highly unlikely). It gives her parents as Jacques Melard and Catherine Destrich, the purported father's name isn't even the same, and the mother's name doesn't appear French at all. It is known that the site this comes from had some major merges done within it which made a hash out of its data. There is absolutely no evidence for it.
