Biography

Purl was a twin to Percy Mallory Purl's Death Certificate gives inaccurate name of his mother. The source for the death certificate information was not a family member. Incorrectly stated mother is Gertrude Mallory, who was a former wife. His mother was Nancy A. Shouse "Nannie."

Purl's occupation was a carpenter. He built many homes in Vincennes.

Ruth Mallory was Purl's only child, born to his first wife, Myrtle Lucille McClure "Lucille" Lucille divorced Purl abt 1925.
