Biography

Sarah was born in 1807. Sarah Malloy, known as Sally, married 1) Dr. Hector McEachin and had three children; Mary Rockdale, Charles and Peter Hector. She then marries Sen. Richard Clinton Bunting and they have two daughters; Catherine Malloy "Cattie" (m. John Taylor Coit) and Sarah "Sally" Malloy Bunting (m. Joshua Abraham Falconer) and William(?} "Willie".

Both Sally and her husband RC Bunting die when their children are quite young. Cattie and little Sally are raised by their uncle Dr. Archibald Alexander Malloy and his wife Henrietta Maria Coit in Cheraw SC. They remain close to their older McEachin half siblings all their lives, many letters exchanged.

She passed away about 1843.
