WEDDING BELLS.

MALONE—ROGERS.

At the Holy Cross Church, Woollahra, Sydney, on Saturday, May 21, Eileen Grace, eldest daughter of Mr. D. Rogers and the late Mrs. Grace Rogers, of Waverley, was married to Joseph Walter, second son of Mrs. E. G. Malone and the late Walter Malone of Woollahra. The brother of the bridegroom, Fr. Maurice Malone, O.F.M., of St. Paschal's College, Box Hill, Melbourne, officiated at the ceremony, and then celebrated the Nuptial Mass, assisted by the Ven. Archdeacon Collender, P.P., and the Rev. Kilian Mattimoe, O.F.M. At the end of the Nuptial Mass, Fr. Maurice gave the newly-married couple a special blessing which he obtained from his Holiness the Pope. The bride entered the church on the arm of her father. She was attended by her two sisters, Misses Olive and Margaret Rogers, and the bridegroom's sister, Miss Sheila Malone. The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Mr. P. M. Malone, as best man. After the ceremony a private reception was held at the home of the bride, "Collingholme," Llandaff Street, Waverley. The happy couple afterwards motored to the Benedictine Monastery, "Subiaco," to see the sister of the bridegroom, Dame Marie Therese, O.S.B. Mr. and Mrs. Malone will make their future home at Mc-Mahon's Point.^[3]
