Biography

1704 April 16th Edmund was born in Dublin, the second son of Richard Malone of Baronstown, Co. Westmeath and his wife Marcella Malody ^[1]

• 1730 He was called to the English bar where he continued for ten years to practise;
• 1736 married Catherine Collier, only daughter and heir of Benjamin Collier, esq. of Ruckholts, in the county of Essex. Married at Sr Margaret's Church Lee, Blackheath. He was noted as residence Inner Temple, London and Catherine of All Hallows, Barking, Kent ^[2]
• 1740 Removed to the Irish bar.
• 1753 - 1761 MP for Askeaton ^[3]
• 1761 - 17 MP for Granard
• 1765 Death of Catherine at Bath.
• 1766 Raised to the dignity of one of the judges of the court of common pleas in Ireland, an office which he filled till his death.
• 1774 Deceased
