Biography

Olive was born in 1750 to Daniel and Rebecca Manley.[1][2][3]

Olive Manley married Joseph Hayward in 1768.[4] They had the following children:[5]

  1. Asaph, b. Oct. 3, 1770; married Polly Drake, of Eiston, 1791.
  2. Hannah, b. Aug. 30, 177 ; married Jacob Dunbar, Nov. 2, 1794.
  3. Olive, b. June 19, 1774; married Hayward Marshall, June 8, 1794.
  4. Sarah, b. June 9, 1776; married Robert Packard, May 27, 1798.
  5. Rebecca, b. June 17, 1778; married Jonas Reynolds, May 30, 1798.
  6. Sylvia, b. March 18, 1780 ; married Solomon Stone, of Easton, June 8, 1817.
  7. Manly, b. June 24, 1782; married Mary Monk, March 22, 1804.
  8. Mary, b. Oct. 31, 1784; married Gannett Marshall, of Stoughton, 1810.

She passed away in 1813, aged 63.[5]
