Sarah Catherine Manley was born on May 10, 1788 in Bermuda, daughter of Henry Manley (abt. 1760– ) and Ann Webster (abt. 1760– ).
Sarah (21) married Daniel Seon (25) (born on November 29, 1784 in St. George's, Bermuda; son of Thomas Seon and Mary (Outerbridge) Seon) on February 24, 1810 in Salt Kettle, Paget, Bermuda. Their known daughter was Ann Mary Seon (1812–1851).
Sarah died on December 19, 1822 in St. George's, Bermuda, aged 34.
