Biography

Jesse was born on 23 March 1851 in Swaffham, Norfolk, England, son to John Mann and Georgina Chapman. ^[1][2]

He arrived in the United States on 25 April 1872. ^[3]

He married Marion Logan on 24 February 1873 in St Albans, Franklin, Vermont. ^{[4] [5]} His occupation when married was a butler.^[4] He later became a farmer.

He died on 8 May 1938 in Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire. ^[2]
