Dec Term 1845, Case argued before the South Carolina Court of Appeals: Jonathan J. Nabb vs, Robert Mann, administrator of Gilbert Mann. "Gilbert was the father of Robert Mann, Jonathan Mann (now deceased), and Crawford Mann; the plaintiff [Jonathan J. Mann] is the son of Crawford Mann."[1]
