Charles Mann was given 200 acres in Isle of Wight Co. in 1682 by his father. The deed provided that the land was to revert to the heirs of Thomas Mann if Charles died without issue. Charles Mann died without issue and without will and Thomas Mann II is shown in 1688 selling the land once owned by Charles.[1]
