John was baptised on 16 Jul 1727 at Millbrook, Bedfordshire, the son of Zachary Mann and Ann Unknown.^[1]

There's a clandestine Fleet marriage in London on 19 Jun 1752 where the parties are John Mann and Elizabeth Glimmons, both of Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, which looks promising.^[2] There's a baptism of Elizabeth Gilham or Gillman or Row at Millbrook on 17 Aug 1735 which looks like her.

He was buried on 22 Apr1782 at Millbrook, Bedfordshire.^[3]
