Biography

Charles Edward Mann was the son of Joel Turner Mann and Elizabeth Frances Allen. Charles' grandparents were John H and Rhoda Mann, and his great grandparents were Millington and Elizabeth Mann. Charles moved to Texas from Mississippi with his parents and siblings between the 1870 and 1880 census.
