Ruthie Amanda Manning Hall was a sister of Evie Irene Manning Hall, wife of Hollis Benton Hall and sister of Rebecca Catherine Manning Hall, wife of John Harvey Hall.

Ruthie died of cancer at her home in Huntsville, Alabama.
