DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
Do we have any sources for her parents, birth, etc? The Mayflower Families (silver book) on the White family does not give her a maiden name. Notice that her daughter Hannah was probably born in England, not in Mass. Bay.

I am going to detach her from the father mother currently shown, William Manning (1614-1690). He did have a daughter Sarah, but she married Joseph Bull.
