Biography
Claude Manning was born on 30 June 1871, at Tocumwal, New South Wales, Australia.[1] He was the son of John Edye Manning (1831-1909) and Caroline Elizabeth Mary Suttor (1841-1921).
Claude married Elsie Coobe Fell (1878-1970) on 14 November 1903, at Braidwood, New South Wales, Australia.[2]
