Biography
Barbara (Manning) Tyson is a part of US Black heritage.
Barbara Manning was born in 1934 in Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Edgar Manning and Justine Dorman. In 1940 she was living with her mother in Mount Union, Pennsylvania.[1]
She was a CTR operator in a bank and married James Tyson, a Korea and Vietnam war veteran. She died of brain cancer on 18 October 1980 in
Wake County Medical Center.[2][3][4] She was buried in Raleigh National Cemetery.[5]
