Isaac Wilbur Manning was born on August 8, 1899 in New Middleton, Smith, Tennessee, United States, son of James Henry Manning (1871–1948) and Lula Annie Webb (~1874–~1969).[1]

In 1900, Isaac was living in Civil District 17, Smith with his mother, Lula (25); his siblings, James H (29), and Ollie May (6); and Earnest Manning (3), Isaac W Manning (9/12), and Carrol Johnson (15). [1]

Isaac died on January 10, 1947 in San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States, aged 47.
