Sylvia Manning is a part of US Black heritage.
Sylvia was born about 1787. She was a slave of Dr. James Manning and lived on the Sanderson Plantation in Marengo Co, AL. Sylvia was listed on the probate inventory of James Manning in 1852 with her husband and 7 children.[1]
