Patty Manning is a part of US Black heritage.
Patty was born about 1782. She was a slave of Dr. James Manning and lived on the Sanderson Plantation in Marengo Co, AL. Patty was listed on the probate inventory of James Manning in 1852 with her grandson, Thomas Manning.[1]
