Biography
Patsy Manning is a part of US Black heritage.
Patsy was born about 1845. She was a slave of Dr. James Manning and lived on the Sanderson Plantation in Marengo Co, AL. Patsy was listed with her mother and siblings on the probate inventory of James Manning in 1852.[1]
