Lutitia Manning is a part of US Black heritage.
Lutitia "Tishy" was born about 1824. She was a slave of Dr. James Manning and lived on the Pickens Plantation in Marengo Co, AL. Tishy was listed with her mother and her daughters on the probate inventory of James Manning in 1852.[1]
