Jean Voine/Voyne or Venne was a widower when he married Françoise Manseau, daughter of Jean Manseau (deceased) and Pentecoste Chanson, on 30 July 1646 in Oradour (St-Antoine). He was resident of the hamlet of Germeville in the commune of Oradour. No parents named for him.

4 children were born and baptized in Oradour (St-Antoine):

  1. Jean 1, b 28 Jul 1647, died & buried 10 Aug 1647
  2. Françoise, b 3 Apr 1650
  3. Jacques, born c 1652, came to the colony with his father
  4. Jean 2, 20 Feb 1656, came to the colony with his father.[1]

N'est pas venue au Canada-(she didn't come to New France) Her husband migrates to New France in 1666 with 2 sons.

Mariseau-1 and Manseau-7 appear to represent the same person because: looks like same woman, it's the same spouse, spelling variations of illegible documents could have led to this confusion in last names.
