SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Jacob Edwards Mansker, 73, of San Antonio, Texas, died at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas.
He was born July 20, 1937, in Thebes, son of Gordon C. Mansker and Anna (Adams) Mansker and she survives in Texas.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Deanna Voss and husband Brian of Nebraska, Denis Bond and husband Todd of California, and Jacqueline Deason and husband Scott of Arizona; a son, Todd Mansker of Nebraska; a stepdaughter, Katrina Kent and husband Stan of Iowa; a step-son, Brian Dutcher and wife Tricia of Nebraska; six brothers, Bill Mansker and wife Olive of Centralia, Dan Mansker and wife Yvette of California, Robert Mansker and wife Barbara of Centralia, Dennis Mansker of Salem, Ronald Mansker and wife Sharon of Omega; two sisters, Rose Logue of Salem, and Bonnie Powless and husband Richard of Salem; a sister-in-law, Jacklyn Mansker of Centralia; nine grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gordon E. Mansker; and a grandson, Wyatt Lee Mansker.
Mr. Mansker was cremated and there will be no local services.
Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem is assisting the family.
