Biography
Henry, son of Thomas and Mary Manton of Wisbech St Mary, Cambridgeshire, England, was baptised at St Mary's church, Wisbech on 1st June 1817. Thomas' occupation was a farmer [1].
In 1851 Henry was living with his aunt Elizabeth Manton, and cousin Mary Cornwall at Walton, Peterborough. Henry's occupation is given as Late Innkeeper [2].
"Robert Henry" married [Little-11|Jane (Vergette) Manton]] at Fletton, Huntingdonshire on 3rd March 1852 [3] FreeBMD has his name as Henry Robert Manton [4].
Henry died aged 43, and was buried at All Saints Church, Paston, Norhamptonshire on 6 March 1860 . His residence is given as Hilgay, County of Norfolk [5].
