In the 1900 census Jessie (age 36) was the wife of John B Mitchell in Providence, Rhode Island, United States.^[6] Children: Mary (13), Catherine (11), John (2)

In the 1910 census Jessie (age 45) was the wife of John B Mitchell in Providence Ward 2, Providence, Rhode Island, United States.^[7] Children: Mary (20), Catherine (16), John (12)

In the 1920 census Jessie (age 55) was the wife of John B Mitchell in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island, United States.^[8] Children: Manton (32), Mary (30), Katherine (26), John (22)

Jessie died on 23 September 1937 and was buried in Rhode Island, United States.^[9][10]

Her son, John, joined the SAR based on secent from Daniel Manton.^[11]
