Biography
Rosa (Manuel) Jackson is a part of US Black heritage.
Rosa was born about 1915. She was the daughter of Isaac Manuel and Elnora Delancy. Rosa was married to Clarence Albert Jackson in 1934. Less than a year later, Clarence was shot in the head by police at the age of 22. Rosa died 6 months after Clarence's death, of tuberculosis at the age of 21.
