Biography
Eliza (Manzilla) Harper is a part of US Black heritage.
Eliza Ann Manzella was born about 1827 in Ohio in the United States of America. In 1850, she was living in the household of Miles Manzilla, so she was probably his daughter. In 1850, their family lived in Smith Township, Mahoning County, Ohio.[1]
Eliza married Fenton Harper on 28 Nov 1850 in Mahoning County, Ohio.[2] They had at least one son, Cassius M Harper (1852-1933).[3] Cassius was born in 1852, and no further records have been found yet of Eliza after his birth.
