Biography
James Avison was born on 2 June 1854 in George, Cape Colony; he was the son of William Benjamin Mapham and Susannah Margaret (Marshall) Mapham. He was a Farmer. Cause of Death: Cardiac Failure. He was baptised in George on 9 July 1854:[1]
