I googled my husband James (Jim) H. Maples profile page. A James Maples came up - Maples-880 - born in the 1940's. However, it seemed strange so I googled my husband's mother's profile page - Vera Hastings Maples - and then chose son James (Jim) and Maples-878 came up. This Maples-878 is my husband James H. Maples. So not sure about the James Maples that shows up under Maples-880.
A bit strange. Since my husband James/Jim does not fool with Wikitree, I set up all his lines. I may have accidentally set up my husband twice. The 880 appears to have been set up in March of 2019 and then I set up Maples-878 within the last 2-3 months as I wanted his DNA results to get into the system.
Guess I should just let well enough alone. Though I did email Maples-880 to request to be on the trusted list. If my husband gets this request, then I'll know I have set up two profiles for my husband James H. Maples. Though the 880 does not have the middle initial 'H' as part of his profile page.
Thx for any suggestions.

Andrea may not have seen your message as it is not linked to her earlier message on James profile. Please let us know if this is a duplicate profile, so they can be merged. However I would point out this is an active profile and James recently volunteered so it is possible this profile is unconnected to yourself or your husband, especially as it is managed by James.

Hubby has two profiles as you thought
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Maples-880 & https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Maples-878. Both have a middle name beginning with H so yes you appear to have sent up two profiles
He will need to remove an email address from one (the Newer one) before they can be merged or alternatively contact [email address removed] and ask them to merge the two profiles.
