Adolph Moritz Marcus was born on 25 Aug 1843. The death record says he was born in Stockholm mosaiska, but several household examination books says he was born in Güstrow, Meklenburg.[1]
He married Hanna Berendt (b. 1855 in Copenhagen) some time before 1875.[2] They had children Bertha b. 1875, Max b. 1879, Elsa Bernhardina b. 1880 and Terese in 1881.
He was a merchant's book keeper (sv. handelsbokhållare).
