Biography

Eva Laura Harvey, 93, of Ramp died January 27, 2011 at Summers Nursing and Rehab following a long illness.

Born May 4, 1917 at Ramp she was the daughter of the late William and Claudia Harris Marion.

Mrs. Harvey attended the Meadow Creek Baptist Church, was last employed at Central Virginia Training Center as a LPN and she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, Frank Harvey and several brothers and sisters.

Survived by her children, Arizona and Leo David Pyles, Anthony and Sandra Marrical, Frank and Sarah Harvey and David and Helen Harvey; one brother, Grover; one sister, Stephanie and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Graveside service and burial will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2011 at the Upland Cemetery with Pastor Lawrence Bennett officiating.

Friends may call at the cemetery from 2:30 until service time.
