Pascoe was born in 1897. He was the son of Pack Marks and Fanny Syms. He passed away after 1963.
Pascoe enlisted to serve in WW1 but was found 'unable to train' due to an old injury.[1]
He married Maggie Sharrock in 1919 and they divorced in 1939.[2]
He is listed in Police Gazette in 1935 for not supporting his wife.[3]
