Margaret Marks was born on January 9, 1905^[1][2], in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Henry Marks and Christina Claas.

Early Life

On 6 May 1910, Margaret at age 5 was living on a farm her father was renting.The farm was located in Menomonee, Waukesha, Wisconsin, with her parents and seven silblings.^[3]

On 2 Febuary 1920, Margaret at age 15 was living on a farm her parents owned with a mortgage. The farm was located in Richfield, Washington, Wisconsin, with her parents and six of her siblings. She was attending school with her two youngest siblings and learning to read and write.^[4]

Margaret Marks, age 21 married Alfred Henry Wagner on November 25, 1925, in Hubertus, Wisconsin.
