She was the daughter of Thomas Merriott and Elizabeth Warren. She passed away after 1784.

21 Oct 1785, Brunswick Co., VA - The will of Thomas Marriott names "daughter Sarah Holmes; her six children Elizabeth Warren, Marriott Warren, John Warren, William Warren, Thomas Warren and (Warren?) Holmes." [1]
