Tillie was born on November 15, 1876 in Canada. She married David Edward Ribble (1872-1960) on October 26, 1897 in West Bay City, Bay County, Michigan. They had 2 children together;

1. Constance R. (Ribble) Wright (1898-1990)
2. Marshall Wallace Ribble (1902-1904)

Tillie died on Movember 28, 1903 in West Bay City-Bay City, Bay, Michigan at the age of 27 years. She was buried at the Oak Ridge Cemetery located in Bay City, Bay County, Michigan.
