Ethel was born about 1861. She passed away about 1939.

The first wife of Josh Oglesby was Mary Catherine Marshall, Ethel's sister whose died about 1883.

Ethel Marshall, a widow of James Milton Davis married Josh Oglesby 06 Dec 1905 in King and Queen Co, Virginia USA, having no children. However, a Va. Divorced was granted to Oglesby, on the desertion of Ethel Marshall, his wife on 10 Oct 1906, in King and Queen Co, Virginia USA. [1]
