Ann Marshall was born in 1835 in Langton by Malton. [1]
- Ann is the daughter of James Marshall and his wife Sarah Acklam.
It seems almost certain that Ann was the only child of James Marshall and Sarah Acklam to live beyond 13 years old. It is even likely that she was the only child of this couple and that the other children linked to James come from a second marriage or even an entirely different Marshall.
