In the 1940 census Timothy (age 22) was the single son of Solomn Marshall in Falls Church District, Fairfax, Virginia, United States.^[3]

Timothy, son of Solomon Marshall & Bessie Pinkett, died (age 55) on 24 August 1974 at Falls Church, Fairfax, Virginia, United States.^[4] Burial was in the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Fairfax County, Virginia.^[5]
