Marriage certificate - George Frederick Marshall, who said he was 24 (b 1883) and a detective born Dundee, Scotland, married Elizabeth Pretty, who said she was 28 and a resident of Sydney Road, Parkville, at 448 Queen Street, Melbourne on 10 June 1907 Presbyterian rites. George was of 243 Gore Street, Fitzroy son of George Frederick Marshall, detective and Mary McPherson. Elizabeth's parents were William John Pretty, tinsmith, and Ann Kelly. The witnesses were James and Annie Holt who witnessed many weddings that day.
