Biography
Lucy was born in 1876 to her parents Arthur G Marshall and Josephine B Morris [1]. Lucy married Emerson Wallace in about 1893[2].
Currently only one child of Lucy and Emerson Wallace has been verified, Hazel Wallace[2]
