Biography

John M Marshall was born ca 1864 in Illinois.^[1] He was the son of Joseph Marshall and Mary Miller. At age 7, he was in hisparent's home in Newton, Whiteside county, Illinois,in 1870.^[2] He was in his parent's home in 1880, in Newton, along with 6 siblings.^[1]

At age 21, he was farming with his father, and siblings, Anna-25, Daisy-24, Ruth-18, and Isiah-15 in Soldier, Jackson County, Kansas.^[3]

He died at the age of 25, on ca October 1889 in Colfax County, Washington.
