Martindale-147 and Martin-21184 appear to represent the same person because: marriage date an husband are the dame. Notes on Martin-21184 list name as Anny Martin Dale which appears to be a variation of Anne Martindale.

I believe Martin-21184 and Martindale-147 are the same person. I believe this is the case because after looking at the source on the profile of Martindale-147, it shows "Anny Martin Dale" as the wife of Richard Guymon. Martin Dale is a variation of Martindale. Could even be a transcription error. I think the two profiles should be merged to the Martindale-147.
