Johnson and Lemuel Kempton; also house and lot bought of Abijah Coon, lot bought of James Cole adjoining the lot of the Rev. Joseph Clark and the barrack lot; also 2 lots bought of Dr. Charles Smith and Alexander Dunn. Grandson, Ephraim Martin (son of son, Squire), house and lot in New Brunswick bought of Robert Hude and £150. To other 7 children of said Squire Martin (unnamed), each £50. Grandson, Ebenezer Martin (son of Absalom Martin), £150, and to Martha, his sister, £150. Grandson, Abner Martin (son of Jeremiah Martin), £200. Grandson, Jeremiah Martin (son of Jeremiah Martin), £250. Granddaughter, Susannah Martin (daughter of Jeremiah), £150. Granddaughter, Ocey Martin (daughter of Ephraim), case of drawers, bed and bedding and £150. Grandchildren, Ephraim and Patty (children of Ephraim), £50 each, exclusive of 100 acres of land to Patty and 140 acres to Ephraim which Samuel Stiles is to convey to Ephraim and I have already conveyed to Patty, lying in Miami Country.
